No one will be able to escape adversity in life, but how you deal with it and what you do in the midst of it will tell us who you are and if you are going to make it for God. Life is made up of adversity. Job 23:10 states, “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” Adversity is part of God’s plan for your life, for without it, you will never be strengthened or have the ability to grow. God has a plan and a purpose in these times; He is in control and is always good. Through adversity, you will become something that you could not have become otherwise. God is not going to use these things to hurt you, but make you a better, stronger person. Adversity brings you to the throne of God. Rejoice in adversity!
