It’s time to start preparing for the November 2009 ladies prayer meeting. For those of you who are unfamiliar with our monthly ladies prayer meeting, it is a time to, not only draw closer to each other, but ultimately draw closer to God. Each meeting consists of a short devotional presented by one of our ladies, prayer requests taken, prayer groups praying for each request, and food and fellowship to follow. Please bring your Bible as well as food or drink to share for the meal afterward.
We welcome all ladies, both church members and those who are new to the church, to come and join us in prayer and fellowship. If you would like to attend, have not in the past, and would like to speak with someone, please see Mrs. Karen Mick or Mrs. Deanna Capizzi the next time you’re in church.
We will be holding this month’s meeting at Mrs. Joanna Patterson’s house which is located just off of Rte. 4. Please see Mrs. Joanna or Mrs. Deanna if you need directions, and the address. If you need a ride please contact the church so that arrangements can be made. In the event that a meeting is held in one of the surrounding towns, those interested will meet in the church parking lot and travel together.
This month’s meeting will be Monday evening, November the ninth at 6:30 PM. Our devotional will be presented by Mrs. Jackie Milstead. We hope that all ladies will be in attendance and look forward to what God is going to do in our church because of these prayer meetings.
